When you walk up the pier you'll see the beautiful white sand beach and the mature coconute bearing palm trees.

The main part of the house is laid out in 4 separate buildings all connected by covered walkways. They are laid out as follows.

Villa #1 is the main living area and is located right in the middle of the beachfront area. This villa boasts a very large screened in veranda, a spacious living room with large screen TV, a dining room with custom made dining table and chairs and also a fantastic kithen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and custom Belizean hardwood cabinets. This villa also contains a nice loft area that could be used as a small gameroom for kids or even converted into an additional sleeping area.

Villa #2 is what I would call the master bedroom. This villa has its own large screened in veranda / sitting area. Inside space contains plenty of room for seating, a large king sized bed and large screen TV, a huge walk in closet and a custom bathroom with all new granite counter tops. The ceilings are also vaulted and lined with Belizean hardwoods.

Villa #3 houses the 2nd bedroom. This villa is laid out much the same way as villa #2 with its owned private screen in veranda and spacious sitting areas in the bedroom itself. The bathroom in this villa has also been redone with custom granite and hardwood cabinets. It too has a large screen TV and vaulted ceilings. Each villa has its own air conditioning unit for those hot summer nights.

Villa #4 - This villa is the 3rd bedroom villa. Again laid out much the same way as the other 2 bedroom villas. It is detached from the rest for privacy and is very spacious. There is plenty of room in here for the large custom made bed and a sitting area inside along with the exterior veranda. The way this property is laid out is such that 3-4 couples could be at this property at the same time and yet each would feel as if they had the whole place to themselves.

Making the 4 villas of the main house feel even more private is the lush, mature landscaping that lines the walkways.

There is a 5th villa that I would consider to be part of the main house and living area. It's basic structure is the same as the other 3 bedroom suites but currently it is being used as a garage with an efficiency apartment attached. What I would do with this villa is spend around $20,000 U.S. and have it brought up to snuff with the other bedroom villas. Doing this would give you 4 full bedroom villas with an optional loft sleeping area. This place is perfect for large families or for those owners who like to entertain several guests without having them feel like they are right on top of each other.

In addition to this main house living area there is separate 3 bedroom home and a 2 bedroom caretakers home. The 3 bedroom home is in great shape and could be used for overflow if you had more then 4-5 couples staying in the main living area at the same time. Each of the bedrooms have a/c and the house has front and rear screened in verandas. The caretakers house is a nice 2 bedroom home which would probably remain as such.

The property is hooked up to BEL (Belize Electric Limited) and has a backup generator for those times when the power goes out. Water is supplied by a deep water well which provides very good quality water to the property. The caretaker says its even drinkable.

So, you can see that you get a lot for your money on this property. There are very few homes on the market in this price range. And not many are this nice. The style of this home fits in perfectly with the laid back feel of Ambergris Caye. It's not pretentious or over the top but in my opinion this is island living at its best.
