This really is a tremendous property for several reasons. It has a very distinct island / tropical feel. Much like Mata Chica Resort. The main house consists of a very large open living space with tall thatched roof ceilings. All of the windows and doors open right up to let in the light and the ocean breezes.
The furniture has been brought in from Mexico and Guatemala and some of it was made right here in Belize from Belizean hardwoods. Attached to this main living area are 6 bedroom suites each with their own bathroom. Each of them are unique in their look and feel.
In addition to this main house there is a separate media room, a 2 bedroom "extra" house and a true caretakers house.
There are a couple of things that make this property unique. One of them is the sheer size of it. It's not easy on Ambergris Caye to find a single family estate with this much beachfront. Most have been broken up into 60 - 80 ft lots. That doesn't really give you enough room if you want a spacious house AND you like a little bit a privacy.
